Build AI‑Native Infrastructure

What you’ll do

• Design and build core backend systems (APIs, pipelines, orchestration, storage) from first principles.

• Own end‑to‑end full‑stack flows: Python/Node back‑end → React front‑end → automated deployment.

• Create AI‑integrated workflows that solve real problems: no “AI theater.”

• Partner directly with the founders on technical direction and architecture.

• Drive technical decisions across product and design, keeping the codebase simple and maintainable.

• Continuously debug, refactor, and evolve the platform without hand‑offs or silos.

What you bring

• Proven experience scaling backend services in production (Python, Node, Go, etc.).

• Comfort working across the stack; you don’t need to love UI, but you won’t be blocked by it.

• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML pipelines, prompt engineering, or LLM integration.

• Strong cloud‑infra skills (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containers.

• Systems‑thinking mindset: you design for long‑term simplicity, not short‑term hacks.

• Ability to make autonomous decisions with limited information.

• Clear, concise communication
